As co-owner of Marshik Enterprise Inc., I've taken my 30+ years of experience in the paving industry and turned it into the family business I've always envisioned. It's a true blessing to share my knowledge and passion for the trade with my wife, Amy, and our children-and to see them carry on the work l've dedicated my life to.

When I'm not on the job, I enjoy brush hogging trails in the woods, spending time with family and friends around a bonfire, and getting outdoors to hunt and fish.

As co-owner of Marshik Enterprise Inc, I wear many hats to help our family business run smoothly. I oversee office operations, manage the trucks and asphalt projects, and often move between the office and job sites to keep everything on track. What started as my husband Bob's dream to build a paving company has become our shared dream-to work side by side, growing a family legacy together with our children.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, relaxing by the bonfire, barbecuing, and trying out new recipes.

Colten Marshik

Machine Operator

My name is Colten Marshik, and I am a dedicated machine operator at Marshik Enterprise. I specialize in operating dump trucks, skid loaders, and pavers for asphalt removal and installation. With over seven years of hands-on experience, I take great pride in contributing to the success and quality of our projects. Working alongside my family has been a rewarding journey, and outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors.

Whether hunting in the woods, riding a snowmobile, or hitting the gym, I embrace an active lifestyle. When I'm not outdoors, you can often find me relaxing at home with family and friends or enjoying good company around a bonfire.

Brittney Miller

Office Manager & Roller Operator

I've been part of our family-owned paving business for over six years, working both in the field as a roller operator and behind the scenes as the office manager. I help coordinate day-to-day operations, manage customer communication, and support our team to make sure every job runs smoothly.

Being part of a business built by my parents is something I'm truly proud of-it's more than work, it's family.

At home, I'm a wife and mom to four amazing kids. I enjoy reading, baking, trying new recipes, and most of all, spending quality time with my family.

Amanda is a dedicated office manager and laborer with her family's business, where she takes pride in contributing to its continued growth and success. As a wife and mother of three, she values family and hard work in every aspect of life. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time outdoors-whether it's relaxing on the lake, tending to her flower garden, or savoring slow mornings with a good cup of coffee. She finds peace in the simple moments, especially sitting by her pond and listening to the sounds of nature.
